London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust e-Rostering System Administrator The closing date is 23 October 2026 Apply for this job Job summary An opportunity has arisen for an E-Rostering System Administrator to join the Trust's E-Rostering Team at Band 4. This is an 18 month fixed term post providing business as usual cover to maintain operational continuity and ensure essential e-rostering activities continue to be delivered effectively. Main duties of the job The E-Rostering Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up to date Medical and Dental workforce data within the Trust's electronic rostering system. The post holder will ensure that information received from Medical Staffing, rota coordinators, managers and other authorised teams is reflected accurately and within agreed timescales. The post holder will maintain day to day administration and effective use of the electronic rostering system, including staff records, roster structures, establishment data, user access, organisational changes and agreed system requirements. Rota coordinators remain responsible for managing and maintaining operational rotas. This role provides system support, technical updates, guidance and data quality assurance to ensure the system reflects current workforce and service requirements. The post holder will support business as usual activities, assist with agreed changes to system requirements, maintain data quality, support reporting and payroll related processes, and provide guidance to users on correct electronic rostering processes.
