We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Learning and Development Facilitator. This role will involve overseeing our homes in the following locations: Herne Bay, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Seven Oaks, Beckenham, Sidcup, and Bexley Heath. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance Main duties of the job We are seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join Avery Healthcare and oversee several homes in the South Region, including Herne Bay, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Seven Oaks, Beckenham, Sidcup, and Bexley Heath. In this role, the facilitator will drive performance and quality through the delivery of quality assured training to our team, ensuring that the team is competent and compliant to deliver exceptional care to residents. Responsibilities include leading training sessions on statutory and mandatory topics, identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System, and designing engaging learning content. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult social care and related qualifications, knowledge of statutory training requirements, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
