We are looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) repairs team. The successful candidate will carry out responsive repairs and maintenance works across our housing stock and estates, including paving repairs, brickwork, fencing, concrete and other external works. Essential Requirements: Experience delivering responsive repairs and maintenance within a housing or property environment. Experience carrying out groundworks, including paving, fencing, brickwork and concrete repairs. Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification. Experience of carrying out minor multi-trade repairs. Our mission is to be the best council.
