They will have to manage stakeholder, supplier (both with the UK delivery organisation, Industry Partners and Local Contractors)) and host nation interfaces, solving a range of problems with a degree of independence and communicating issues simply, quickly and accurately. The C2 FM will be delegated through ESG authorities and responsibilities commensurate with their experience, qualification and business needs and will be required to exercise Commercial and Financial control over Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) ESG FM w
