About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling information requests, supporting reporting requirements, and providing high-quality administrative support to officers and managers across the service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and update business information systems, databases, and records
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and effective information governance
Support reporting, performance monitoring, and data requests
Coordinate and respond to internal and external information queries
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation to a high standard
Support audits, inspections, and statutory information requirements
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and information flow
About You
You will be detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working with data and information systems in a busy environment.
You will have:
Experience in an administrative or business support role
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience handling data, records, or information systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
