About Our Court Service Our Court s ocial workers are active, out in the community, working intensively with children and families and carrying out the kind of investigative assessments that shape decisions about a child’s future. As a Social Worker in Hillingdon, no two days will be the same within the court team you will Build meaningful, relationship-based practice with children and families. Be trained in parenting assessments Lead and coordinate multi-agency plans that safeguard children and support families.
