Excellence We strive to do the best Main duties of the job The role of a General Practitioner at Operose Health involves delivering high-quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery, working closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the surgery's operational plan. Responsibilities include maintaining practice quality through participation in clinical governance activities, contributing to health outcomes improvement through audits, adhering to GMC standards, and prioritizing patient care. The role involves providing clinical care in consultations, triage, correspondence, home visits, surgery meetings, and administration tasks while excluding out-of-hours duty. The candidate will work with practice managers to support surgery action plans including patient satisfaction, resource management, and more.
