You will need to possess excellent administrative and IT skills, as well as excellent people and communication skills. Dealing with various enquiries both internally and externally, you will need to have a pragmatic approach to your work. Interview date: TBC Main duties of the job Medical HR Administrator - Band 4 The postholder will be responsible for providing a responsive and customer focused recruitment administration service ensuring that all recruitment processes are in line with NHS Employers NHS employment check standards and appropriate terms and conditions. The postholder is responsible for managing all administration aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
