Woodcote Medical Health Care Assistant The closing date is 30 October 2026 Apply for this job Job summary We are looking for a friendly, experienced and confident Health Care Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming GP practice on a part-time basis for 18 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a GP surgery environment. Main duties of the job This is an important patient-facing role within our clinical team. You will be responsible for providing safe, efficient and compassionate services to our patients, ensuring they have a positive and reassuring experience throughout their appointment. About us Woodcote Medical is a well-established suburban practice with approx. 18,000 patients across two locations in Purley and Coulsdon. Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, ANPs, a Paramedic, Nurses, HCAs, First Contact Physios, and a large administrative and patient services team. Person Specification Knowledge and skills Essential Minimum 1 years' experience working as a Health Care Assistant in a GP surgery or similar healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload A caring
