Join Elysium Healthcare as the Property & Estates Director to lead the strategic management, development, and performance of our nationwide estate, ensuring our environments remain safe, compliant, and fit for the delivery of outstanding care. As the senior leader for Property, Estates and Facilities, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's property strategy across more than 90 sites. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Team, and operational leaders, you will ensure the estate supports clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, business continuity, and sustainable growth. You will provide strategic oversight of a complex property portfolio, driving long-term asset management, maintenance planning, capital investment, and estate optimisation. This senior leadership position requires collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Team, and operational leaders to ensure the estate supports clinical excellence and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include shaping the property strategy, providing strategic oversight of the property portfolio, leading capital, refurbishment, acquisition, and development programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, fire, environmental, statutory, and healthcare regulations. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with extensive knowledge of property management, real estate principles, and legal regulations. Additionally, the director is tasked with budget management, risk management, vendor management, and fostering a high-performing property and estates function.
