ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Being courteous to residents and their visitors, practicing safe work systems, and being adaptable are necessary traits for the role. Experience is not required, as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided to ensure confidence in your role.
