This is a key role within the Digital & Technology team, acting as the senior functional lead for Unit4 and ensuring the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. Working closely with stakeholders, support teams, and delivery partners, you will shape the ERP roadmap, drive system improvements, and champion solutions that enhance efficiency, reporting, and user experience. This pivotal role within the Digital & Technology team requires a seasoned ERP professional with a strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, data management, and integrations. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to define requirements, lead system improvements, and ensure platform alignment with business needs. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, ERP roadmap development, solution design, and service support. Expertise in Unit4 ERP's finance, HR, and payroll modules is preferred, along with experience in data migration and system testing.
