Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Residential Care Manager at Chertsey Parklands Care Home in Chertsey. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best Main duties of the job We are seeking a Residential Care Manager to join our team at Avery Healthcare. This permanent position, located in Chertsey, offers a competitive salary of £38,000 per year. As a valued member of our staff, you will manage Care Supervisors, ensuring high-quality delivery of personal care. You will coordinate resident assessments, support team development, manage equipment storage, and ensure compliance with medication management programs. To succeed, you must embody our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Required qualifications include an NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent, at least two years' experience in long-term care, and a comprehensive understanding of CQC standards. Additionally, this role requires a DBS check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
