Key Information Reporting and BI Developer – Power BI (internally - Report Building Specialist) Grade: Pay Band 2 Contract: Permanent Location: Endeavour Square, Stratford Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 Based on experience and current salary Application Closing date: Monday 26th October 2026 @ 23:59 Overview of Role As a Reporting & BI Developer, you will help maintain, develop and continuously improve a portfolio of business reporting, primarily using Power BI and related Microsoft technologies. You will work with stakeholders across Finance, HR and the wider business to understand their reporting and information needs and translate these into accurate, accessible and maintainable reporting solutions. A significant part of the role involves supporting and evolving existing reporting. This requires an understanding of the complete reporting lifecycle, including where data comes from, how it is extracted and transformed, how it is modelled and calculated, and how information is ultimately presented to users. Where new reporting requirements arise, you may work end-to-end to identify appropriate data sources, establish ex
