As a Charge Nurse, youll lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivering of clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit are performing well. It is a role that includes clinical and managerial responsibilities, ensuring critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation are made effectively.
