Elysium Healthcare Teaching Assistant The closing date is 20 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary Join the team at Rhodes Wood Hospital School as a Teaching Assistant and be part of supporting the delivery of education to resident with eating disorders to help build a brighter future. You will work at the Rhodes Wood Hospital School in Hatfield with an onsite school. The school provides educational services to the young people in our care with a full multidisciplinary team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide on-hand support to teachers as they design and deliver classroom lessons. This will see you assist in the preparation for these lessons, ensuring the classroom has all materials required and supporting pupils to engage in the syllabus. You'll be able to think creatively and build a strong rapport with the cohort, encouraging engagement and supporting their learning, behaviour and social skills progression. A range of training opportunities are available that can see your career grow and you achieve your career aspirations.
