Social Worker - Adult with Learning Disabilities

Reporting to one of the assistant team managers, you will be involved in team operations to support Sutton residents with Learning disabilities. You will be completing assessments and reviews using the statutory framework of the care act You will maintain exceptional standards of casework using supervision and case trackers to ensure timeliness of throughput of work. You will support the development of the team by your attendance in team development sessions and peer group supervision You will contribute to ensuring that commissioned services are cost-effective and, where appropriate, participate in the co-production of service improvements with service users and family carers.
