RFL Group refreshed its Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) in January 2026 setting out its plan to deliver financial sustainability over the coming years. The Efficiency and Clinical Productivity team supports this through a focus on improving productivity and sustainability through core activities such as FIP delivery and efficiency plans, and the successful delivery of major change programmes that will deliver multi-year productivity improvement. The Programme Manager - Efficiency and Clinical Productivity role supports the delivery of this portfolio by working as part of a business partnering team aligned to one of the Group's health units or Corporate unit, which also takes on responsibility for cross cutting Group-wide projects and programmes.
