Jewish Care Care Assistant (Nights) The closing date is 30 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary As a Care Assistant (Nights) at Jewish Care, you will play an important role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, respected and supported throughout the night. You will provide person-centred care to older people, helping with personal care and daily routines while offering companionship and emotional reassurance. You will promote residents dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing, recognising each persons individual needs, preferences and circumstances. Working closely with colleagues, you will contribute to a welcoming and supportive care environment where residents feel valued and receive high-quality care. Your kindness, attentiveness and commitment will help make a meaningful difference to residents lives, providing reassurance and continuity of care during the night. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
