The Role: As Water Services Manager with Westminster’s high profile Housing Services you can make your own powerful contribution to our success. Responsible for the strategic and operational management of water hygiene, water quality and Legionella risk across our housing portfolio, your work will involve risk assessments, written schemes of control, monitoring, inspection, testing, sampling, remedial works, record keeping and emergency response. Managing specialist water hygiene contractors and consultants, and providing assurance that control measures remain effective, you’ll also lead continuous improvements in resident safety, compliance, service quality and value for money.
