The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust Marketing Manager The closing date is 05 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary The Royal Marsden Private Care is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager, who is passionate about private healthcare marketing, to help drive our commercial objectives with a specific focus on our Cavendish Square and Chelsea sites. As the largest provider of private care in an NHS hospital setting, we have the expertise, facilities and technology to provide the highest standards of personalised cancer care. Private Care is on an ambitious growth trajectory which aims to improve cancer care and outcomes for more patients. The income from Private Care is re-invested back into the facilities, research, technology and people that make The Royal Marsden a world-leading cancer centre and enables us to give all our patients the very highest standards of care. The Marketing Manager is a vital role and we're looking for a self-starter, who can hit the ground running, is creative and capable of managing multiple priorities at pace. This role sits within the Marketing and Communications Department. Some of the key skills for this role include:o Experience of working with paid media agencieso An all-round healthcare marketer, adept in digital as well as traditional marketing channelso Able to manage a diverse portfolio of work to tight timelineso Commercially minded and results driveno A flexible, agile approach, responding to changing needs and priorities as they arise Main duties of the job o Manage the brand and service specific paid campaigns with digital media agencies, ensuring clear metrics are agreed, monitor and adjust ongoingo Establish clear marketing objectives/KPIs and site-specific marketing plans ensuring they are delivered on time and to budgeto Produce content, marketing and event collateral for the promotion of our Private Care sites with a specific focus on Chelsea and Cavendish Squareo Support the creative development process across multiple channels and present to relevant stakeholders as and when requiredo Support the broader marketing team, producing marketing materials whether site-specific or for more general requirements.
