Main duties of the job To run a Phlebotomy Clinic for patients on Clozapine medication in Newham To provide a consistently high standard of mental health care to people in Newham, working with a defined caseload based on up-to-date nursing theory. To liaise with other care providers in Newham to facilitate a comprehensive service for individual clients. To promote and maintain a specific focus and interest in the care of people with long term and service mental health needs. To liaise and work closely with in-patient services in Newham to promote a seamless service.
