You'll guide and mentor colleagues, support service development, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams for personalized and effective care. Your responsibilities include providing consistent care according to plans and procedures, maintaining professional boundaries, managing clinical equipment, and ensuring medication safety. A 24/7 service requiring night shifts and weekend rotations, this position offers opportunities for career progression, personal impact, and work within a supportive, inclusive culture. A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes are also essential.
