KFM Marketing & Communications Officer (Fixed-Term Contract) The closing date is 29 October 2026 Apply for this job Job summary The Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery of KFMs marketing and communications strategy through the effective use of digital, internal, and external communication channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and colleagues across the organisation, the post holder will help plan, create, and deliver engaging campaigns that promote KFMs services, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance the organisations reputation. The role involves managing content across websites, intranet platforms, newsletters, social media channels, and marketing materials, while supporting events, stakeholder engagement activities, and brand management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring communications are creative, consistent, and aligned with KFMs values, objectives, and corporate identity. Main duties of the job We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This varied role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of communications, marketing, and engagement activities across the organisation. You will create compelling content for digital and print channels, assist with integrated communications campaigns, support the delivery of internal and external events, and help maintain KFMs online presence and brand reputation. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, experience of digital communications platforms, and a proactive approach to working with stakeholders across the business.
