Main duties of the job What you'll be doing As a Bank Band 6 Speech & Language Therapist, you will: Assess, manage and deliver interventions for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs. Provide universal, targeted and specialist support across a range of settings. Work collaboratively with families, schools, education staff and multidisciplinary colleagues. Support children and young people to develop their communication, independence and participation. Contribute to positive outcomes that help children and young people reach their full potential. Our Speech & Language Therapy teams are based at the Mary Sheridan Centre and Sunshine House Children's and Young People's Development Centre , delivering services in community clinics, schools, nurseries, children's centres, family hubs, child development centres and family homes.
