About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Street Scene team and play a key role in delivering a range of high-profile projects that support the Council's priorities and help improve services for residents.
Working closely with the wider Street Scene Leadership Team, you will coordinate and oversee projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement and successful outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the office at Oakleigh Depot. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and external stakeholders, providing project support, monitoring progress, managing risks and helping drive continuous service improvement.

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive project professional with a strong understanding of project management principles, including governance, planning, risk management and performance monitoring.
You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will be able to build effective working relationships across a wide range of internal and external partners.
You will also have a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local government.
