Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Senior Staff Nurse to join our ICU team, with a competitive salary range on offer up to £56,678.84 depending upon experience. This is a Monday-Sunday, Days, Nights and Weekends role with the following shift patterns: 6 week rota of 19 shifts 08:00 20:30 and 20:00 08:30 What makes us different? Main duties of the job What will your duties include? Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of CCL. Prioritises nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patients condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
