As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice delivering assessment, screening, and treatment services. You will provide advice to patients on general health and minor ailments, referring to GPs when necessary. You will also support pathology processes, including the collection, storage, and dispatch of specimens, and assist with administrative and professional duties, ensuring smooth practice operations. You will be part of a diverse, multi-skilled team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues, delivering high-quality, person-centred, and holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, screening, and treatment services to patientsAdvise patients on general healthcare and minor ailments, referring to GPs when appropriateCollect, store, and dispatch pathological specimens in line with practice protocolsSupport administrative and professional responsibilities, including QOF management and clinical auditsWork collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient care About us Who we are Omnes Healthcare is a growing, forward-thinking organisation delivering NHS Primary and Secondary Care services since 2006.
