Training opportunities for personal development. Well supported by PCN with Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Phlebotomist and Paramedics on site. Main duties of the job The Practice: PMS Practice List size of 9,400 patients, 2 GP Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 Practice Nurse and 1 PCN pharmacist 1 PCN social prescriber, 1 Pharmacy Technician & 1 Trainee GP. Purpose built premises, spacious, well equipped & parking available. A good small friendly experienced team and regular meetings help to fulfil your need for discussion and peer support. The clinical team and management is usually stable with weekly clinical meetings. You will be seeing a mixture of telephone and remote patients.
