We’re looking for a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst to join our People & HR Department to provide expertise in SAP modules and ensure SAP enables the People & HR Department to deliver a world-class service. About the Role As a Workforce Data & Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and developing our HR Information Systems, supporting the ongoing embedding and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors. Working across systems, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities and maximise the benefits of our workforce technology landscape. You'll also support the department's Access to Information (AIN) representative, helping to promote transparency and compliance with data-related policies and legislative requirements. What You'll Do Support the ongoing optimisation, adoption and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related workforce systems. Work within the team to support management of workforce data, reporting and processes across both SAP SuccessFactors and our legacy system (iTrent) during the remaining transition period, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and business continuity. Act as a lead for workforce systems and data-related projects, managing system enhancements, priorities and improvement roadmaps. Promote data integrity, governance and compliance with data protection regulations and corporate standards. Provide advice on workforce reporting, system integration, data management and process improvement.
