Central London Forward (CLF) is a partnership of 12 Central London local authorities, working together to support inclusive growth and ensure residents benefit from the opportunities created by the capital’s economy.
We are looking for
three Employer Engagement & Skills Leads
to help build a more connected, employer-led employment and skills system across Central London. Working from Guildhall and across the sub-region, you will bring together employers, boroughs, training providers and other partners to create high-quality routes into employment and progression.
About the role
You will build and manage relationships with employers across our priority sectors:
Construction and the built environment
Hospitality
Financial and professional services
Life sciences
You will work with CLF’s member boroughs to coordinate employer engagement, identify gaps and share intelligence on employer demand. You will also develop relationships with larger employers and create opportunities including apprenticeships, internships, work placements and other pathways into employment.
You will work with employers and delivery partners to promote inclusive recruitment, accessible entry routes, effective onboarding and clear progression. You will also help ensure training and talent pipelines respond to employer needs and share learning with pan-London and other sub-regional skills partners.

You will be a confident relationship-builder who can bring employers, local authorities, training providers and other organisations together to achieve results.
