Job Purpose
As the Built Environment Asset Support Manager, your primary purpose is to provide technical support and information within APD Built Environment to ensure all assets are maintained to meet optimum availability, reliability, safety, operational and engineering standards. Ensuring that all assets and associated elements within span of control are 'fit for purpose'.
Support the mitigation of asset risks on BE Assets within span of control to improve the customer experience through meeting Safety, Performance and Quality standards to support TfLs business targets, statutory and legal obligations and contractual responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities
Interpreting and analysing technical information to provide support to the Asset Management Team.
To implement asset risk mitigations for optimisation of maintenance.
