Senior Resettlement Officer

The aim of the  Refugee and Migrant Resettlement Principal Officer is to provide operational management and leadership in the Council’s work with refugees and vulnerable migrants, working with internal and external partners,  to meet the aims of the council and national and regional commitments. Have a track record of managing complex resettlement schemes and projects in a public sector setting Have excellent analytical, writing and communication skills Need to have strong leadership skills and be able to manage effective relationships across the organisation in a complex stakeholder environment Be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, at all levels of the organisation Have a collaborative approach to delivering change Have a strong coaching and mentoring mentality to help the Programme lead to thrive whilst enabling and upskilling others Experience and ability to manage and monitor budgets according to grant requirement
