Introduction We are looking for someone who can provide high quality, customer focused and responsive service to Lewisham residents. What’s the role? Put simply, our gardeners maintain the shared green spaces on our estates. They take pride in ensuring that our residents live in an environment that is clean, tidy, and pleasant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining communal gardens and green spaces Ensuring the safe use of appropriate chemicals, other materials, and equipment Identifying and reporting any welfare/safeguarding concerns about vulnerable residents Identifying and reporting nuisance, anti-social behavior or criminal behavior and provide evidence to support enforcement action – including the provision of information on individuals, actively looking for evidence as required, and providing witness statements Looking after and using appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment, including mobile phones, personal safety devises and vehicles, when appropriate What’s in it for you?
