Excellence We strive to do the best we can do and be the best we can be for our patients, employees and NH Main duties of the job This role is for a General Practitioner at Silverlock Medical Practice as part of Operose Health, offering an annual salary of up to £112,500 depending on experience. The position requires the practitioner to work six sessions per week, totaling 25 hours spread across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The key responsibilities include delivering high-quality clinical care to patients, working with clinical leads and local practice teams, and supporting the delivery of the surgeries' operational plans. Additional duties involve maintaining quality within the practice through participation in clinical governance activities, striving for improvements in health outcomes, and adhering to GMC standards. The role demands a commitment to patient-focused services and knowledge of systems like SystmOne or EMISweb is preferred. Support includes six weeks of annual leave, study leave, and potential fellowship applications.
