At the heart of Spire's growth agenda, you will lead a small, dynamic team and work with senior stakeholders to deliver insight-led strategies that drive commercial growth, patient engagement and market positioning. Essential Requirements: Senior marketing management and leadership experience, ideally across healthcare, B2B, B2B2C, public sector, commissioned services or similarly complex environments. Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans that drive growth, demand, engagement, referrals and measurable impact. Experience leading teams, functions, verticals or portfolios, with the ability to prioritise resources across competing business needs. Strong strategic understanding of digital marketing, website, CRM, marketing automation, content strategy and performance reporting experience, with the ability to use these channels to drive growth, engagement, referrals and measurable impact. Demonstrable experience using data, insight and ROI reporting to shape strategy, optimise activity and influence senior decisions.
