You will be leading and managing the full clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met. As the Care Centre Director at Lakefield Neurological Centre, you will have overall leadership and management responsibility of the service, regulatory compliance, leading the multidisciplinary team, and be responsible for operational performance whilst continuing to develop commercial opportunities with stakeholders and referrers. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of stakeholders, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice. Main duties of the job The Care Centre Director at Lakefield Neurological Centre will lead and manage clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care delivery and meeting quality and financial targets.
