ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant at Rivermere Care Home in Chipstead, Sevenoaks, Kent, you will be part of a supportive team delivering high standards of personal care. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and visitors. Experience is not required, as Avery Healthcare provides thorough induction and training programs to ensure you are confident in your role.
