Leasehold and Home Ownership Manager
About the role
Be Part of the Change. Help Redefine Our Service.
At Hillingdon Council, we aren’t just restructuring and changing titles; we are fundamentally changing the way we deliver our services. We are looking for a Leasehold & Home Ownership Manager to transform our service and to lead a team of 2 Home Ownership Officers delivering excellent, resident-focused services to our home ownership residents and the operation of the Right to Buy scheme.
In this pivotal role, you will create a combined leasehold, shared ownership and equity share portfolio and shape a service that meets the needs and requirements of residents. Your mission is to help transform the service into one that is fully integrated into our housing model, and where people-skills are just as important as following clear regulatory and best practice processes. We are looking for partners in this journey who connect with our vision to put residents at the heart of what we do. You will oversee a high-performing team that achieves excellent performance not just through metrics, but by instilling a culture where every decision puts positive results for the council and residents at the heart of what we do. If you are ready to be part of the future of our home ownership service, we want to hear from you.
In return, we offer you a real future. Housing is a career with lots of diverse options and paths to take. We will invest in you to achieve your potential, and ensure you are supported in your personal development with options like Multiverse courses and a CIH qualification.
