This is a pivotal role which will be focused on: Applicants should be available on Saturdays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, insurers, and GP practices. Ensuring prompt, compassionate, and efficient responses to enquiries, turning leads into bookings.
