You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for young people with mental health conditions where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area. Working closely with the maintenance team youll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services. Youll receive all necessary training to get you started and join the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better. Main duties of the job As a Housekeeper at Elysium Healthcare, you will focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for vulnerable individuals at Potters Bar Clinic. Your role will involve cleaning all areas of the clinic, such as wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained. You will work closely with the maintenance team to keep the facility spotless. The position is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week, where you will be part of a team with responsibilities for daily operations. Your tasks include maintaining security standards, establishing positive relationships with staff and visitors, and attending mandatory training. The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning experience in a similar environment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
