What you will be doing: With experience from the NHS or private care, you will lead the nursing team provide high-quality care and support to young people and adults with acute mental health needs, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. Main duties of the job As a Ward Manager, you'll be leading the nursing team to provide high-quality care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs. This role involves overseeing the ward, providing clinical leadership and expertise, and supporting colleagues to foster excellent teamwork. The position requires ensuring high standards of care in line with Clinical Governance, managing the ward's budgets, and collaborating with the senior nurse to administer the on-call service. An experienced nurse with NHS or private care background, you will be an integral part of the Potters Bar Clinic team, focusing on nurturing talent, promoting a positive culture, and ultimately empowering recovery in a rewarding and fulfilling career path.
