City & Hackney Integrated Primary Care CIC Strategic Business Development Consultant The closing date is 09 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary City & Hackney Integrated Primary Care (C&H IPC) is seeking a Strategic Business Development Consultant to join the team in a hybrid role. Main duties of the job To provide specialist strategic expertise to establish and develop IPCs Business Development function, strengthen organisational capability and support readiness for future commissioning opportunities, including emerging neighbourhood commissioning models. The consultant will work closely with the Executive Team to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, build a pipeline of future contracts and funding opportunities, and support innovative service models that contribute to IPCs long-term sustainability. About us C&H IPC represents all 37 GP practices in City and Hackney and eight primary care networks (PCNs), united in delivering safe, high-quality healthcare to our local community. Together, we provide comprehensive primary care services, pooling our knowledge, resources, and expertise to ensure patients have faster access to the right medical support or broader wellbeing assistance when facing challenging life situations. Every practice and PCN in the London Borough of Hackney and the City of London is a proud member of the C&H IPC. Identify and assess new commissioning, funding and partnership opportunities aligned with organisational and system priorities. Undertake market analysis, horizon scanning and competitor reviews to inform future opportunities. Support the development of business cases, bids, proposals and investment papers. Contribute to contract mobilisation and implementation planning. Strategic Partnerships Build productive relationships with commissioners, NHS organisations, local authorities, VCSE partners and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities for collaborative working across City & Hackney and North East London. Represent IPC at meetings, workshops and partnership events where appropriate. Strategic Development Support organisational readiness for future neighbourhood commissioning arrangements, including Multi-Neighbourhood Provider (MNP) developments.
