You will be an integral part of the staff bank at a service for those who have long term neurological conditionswhere you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area. Working closely with the maintenance team youll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services. Responsibilities include maintaining security standards, being an active team member, maintaining excellent telephone etiquette, establishing good relationships with staff, visitors, and service users, and helping create a positive culture.
