We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Bank Chef supporting our homes across the Surrey Region. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals Main duties of the job We are seeking a dedicated Regional Bank Chef to support homes across the Surrey Region. In this role, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily operations of the culinary department. You will craft and execute nutritionally balanced and appetizing menu plans, considering special dietary needs. Additionally, managing food orders from approved suppliers and supervising kitchen staff and their work activities form part of your duties. This role demands experience in managing a busy kitchen, a minimum of 5 years' culinary experience, knowledge of food safety legislation, and leadership qualities.
