We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Bank Chef supporting our homes across Surrey, Chertsey and Marlow. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the overall well-being of the residents while staying within budget. Main duties of the job We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Bank Chef supporting our homes across Surrey, Chertsey and Marlow. As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the overall well-being of the residents while staying within budget. Other responsibilities will include preparing nutritionally balanced menu plans for approval by the Home Manager, supervising and directing the work of other kitchen staff, and understanding the Avery Food Safety Management system to ensure all food preparation is to the highest standards of hygiene. This role will involve traveling to various homes across the north.
