About the Role:
Responsibility for leading and supervising an operational team to facilitate the delivery of high-quality amenity horticultural operations within the London Borough of Barnet and to ensure that the service delivery meets the Councils policies and service specifications.

About you:
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to:
Lead, motivate and support team members to ensure high performance
Assign tasks and monitor progress
Provide guidance, training and feedback to staff
Resolve issues and support problem solving with the team and have good organizational skills
Ensure company policies and standards are followed
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Have a full UK manual driving license
Have extensive knowledge and experience of horticultural tasks
