As an Award and Recognition Events Manager with BTP, you will provide strategic leadership for Force-wide awards, honours and recognition activity, helping to shape a culture where people feel valued and recognised for their contribution. You will act as the organisational expert on awards and recognition, ensuring robust governance, fairness and integrity across all recognition schemes, while leading the delivery of high-profile ceremonies and events on behalf of the Chief Constable. Through your expertise and influence, you will help protect and enhance BTP's reputation whilst driving continuous improvement in recognition practices across the Force.
