As a
Quality, Standards and Training Delivery Specialist
with BTP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all training delivered across the force meets the highest standards. You will lead key quality assurance processes, support the design and development of learning programmes, and help develop BTP’s trainer capability—ensuring our training remains modern, effective and aligned with external regulatory expectations.
