L&D Administrator – RSAS (Railway Safety Accreditation Scheme)
to join the
Learning & Development team.
Be part of a team that helps people develop their skills, realise their potential, and build rewarding careers. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support within the central Learning & Development function, helping to deliver impactful learning experiences that support the organisation's future success.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinate training course bookings, schedules, resources, venues and delegate administration.
Provide first-line support for training-related enquiries via telephone, email and internal systems.
Maintain accurate training records, learner data and compliance information, producing reports as required.
Work closely with trainers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of training programmes.
